AVOTurboworld's Gen 3 Unequal Ceramic Coated Headers and full exhaust for the XV 2.0i 2018+ model offers improved flow and a deep, smooth sound. With this manifold it helps with quicker response over the standard factory OEM manifold and with the correct supporting parts you can see a 15% power increase over the stock Hp.
Includes Studs & Nut, Ceramic Coated Unequal Headers, and a 2 1/2" front cat pipe.
The pipe section includes a 5" body cat converter and is 2.5" stainless steel all the way through to the next join. The next pipe has a resonator and is 2.5" stainless steel to the next flange. AVO have also fitted a stainless OEM style flex as it is required with the replacement of the factory OEM version. Without the donut gasket and OEM spring loaded bolt setup then your headers and any welds forward of the flex are prone to cracking. The stainless flanges are a lost wax stainless casting that are 13mm thick and will not warp under the harshest of conditions. The thickness of our exhaust tube is 1.5mm which is thicker than most aftermarket front pipes. This helps with noise absorption and with longevity of the product.

Great fitment, even better sound!
I've heard some people complain about fitment of this system but I had no issues with it once I realized a mistake I made with the included trans mount bushing. Remember that this is for the CVT, so as long as you have that the fitment will be great. There seems to be a slight leak at the donut gasket that fits up to the midpipe but its really minor. The rumble this produces COMPLETELY changes the sound of the car and since I have it paired with a custom catback I enjoy driving the car so much more. One really cool factor about this is if you're lowered and have Primitive Racing skid plates, the headers still have plenty of room and don't contact the skid plate. I would highly recommend this and the tuning kit that comes along with it. I'll be tuning the car shortly with AVO and will include a review on that product at the conclusion of working with the team, looking forward to it!

Quality everywhere you look
I haven't had a chance to install this beautiful header and pipe kit . But the quality is the main reason I purchase my parts from AVO all the way from California ! Thank you Lee

Avo headers
HAVE NOT INSTALLED YET, however the welds and finish on these are VERY high quality, they shipped to usa super fast as well, I cant wait to install them in warmer weather as it is winter at the moment. I have bought from AVO before and I'm always happy with their products!
