The AVOTurboworld Y61 Patrol 4.8L Turbo project was first developed in the 1990’s and over the years has been improved for total reliability.

This kit has been introduced for the guy that has a bull bar, Gas System, etc.... and requires intercooler system and fuelling system.  Why waste money when you have to make changes because your vehicle is already very different from the standard factory vehicle.  

The kit includes the following: 

1.   Stainless 2 Piece Cast Turbo Manifold with Ceramic Coating

2.   Stainless Cast Turbo Outlet with Ceramic Coating 

3.   Inconel Studs, Stainless Washers & Stainless Nuts 

4.   AVO6366 Turbocharger with Internally Wastegated 1.3A/R Exhaust Housing with 42mm Flapper Valve & 5psi Actuator   

5.   Steel Throttle Body Hose

6.   Intake Castings from Turbo to Factory Airbox

7.   Airbox Upgrade Hose

7.   OEM Plumb Back Style BOV

8.   Braided Oil & High Temperature Rubber Water Plumbing – all pressure tested and of the highest quality

Note : Intercooler System & Fuelling System must be completed.  Exhaust system must have flex fitted in front pipe as well.
