Product Description
AVO Turbo World, one of the leading producers of aftermarket performance products for Subaru, Mazda and Nissan, and the manufacturer of many innovative turbo systems and related parts, has turned an engineering eye to the 2018+ Suzuki Jimny.
When we looked at the performance of the 1.5 liter normal atmospheric engine in this chassis, it became obvious that the factory exhaust was not designed for performance, to say the least!
The first product on the drawing board was the exhaust header. This “clean sheet of paper” design features 1.75” mandrel bent 2mm thick 304 stainless steel, extra thick stainless steel CNC machined head flange, and the heart of the design is AVO’s exclusive 4 into 1 cast stainless steel merge collector. In addition, each completed unit is treated to our patented ceramic coating treatment featuring Cerakote thin film material.
To fit this I would strongly recommend ECU tuning. Ideal for the NA guy wanting the most power possible or for the Supercharger guy wanting maximum flow.

Nice, good improvement.
The build is good, clean welds inside also, excellent cast collector with all 4 pipes merging nicely into one. Bolted this to my Jimny which is otherwise stock I didnt expect much but there was a nice increase in the midrange torque. You will need an O2 extension cable which is supplied (check for continuity before installing). If you retain the stock second cat you will not get a CEL.
